We are currently seeking an experienced CDI Auditor to join our team for a full-time remote position.
The CDI Auditor is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines and coding standards. This role evaluates the effectiveness of CDI programs, identifies documentation gaps, and provides feedback and education to improve documentation quality, coding accuracy, and reimbursement integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a clinical background with a thorough knowledge of official medical coding guidelines, CMS, and private payer regulations related to the Inpatient Prospective Payment System and experience performing CDI Audits and second level reviews.
