职位描述
1.配合技术负责人对接系统团队与客户，参与软件需求收集、梳理与分析，协助编写软件需求规格说明书。 2.遵照 ASPICE 流程执行开发工作，落地团队既定的开发流程、代码规范与发布要求，保障开发工作合规、高效推进。 3.参与 AUTOSAR 经典平台架构下模块开发与交付，负责通信协议栈、诊断服务（UDS/OBD）、内存管理、复杂驱动（CDD）、MCAL 相关模块的设计、编码与调试工作。 4.执行单元测试、集成测试相关工作，按照测试策略编写、完善测试用例，完成回归测试，配合保障代码质量。 5.参与代码评审、版本管理与交付工作，按项目节点完成开发任务，确保交付物符合质量标准。 6.协助编写、整理技术操作文档，参与内部技术分享与流程培训，同步学习专业技术与规范。 7.配合团队完成日常技术落地工作，主动学习岗位技能，助力团队技术能力提升。 完成上级安排的其他技术相关工作。
职位要求
统招本科及以上学历，电力电子、电子信息、自动化、计算机等相关专业。 1-4 年汽车嵌入式基础软件开发经验，有电源电控、电机控制器、BMS 相关嵌入式软件开发经验优先，有量产项目经历者加分。 了解 AUTOSAR 经典平台架构，熟悉 MCAL 配置或 CDD 开发，有相关模块实际开发经验。 熟练使用 C 语言进行嵌入式底层开发，掌握 ETAS/Vector 主流 AUTOSAR 工具链；了解软件静态、动态测试方法及常用测试工具。 了解汽车功能安全标准 ISO 26262、ASPICE 开发流程，有对应流程下项目实操经验优先。 具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通协作能力与执行力，工作认真负责，结果导向。 具备基础英语读写能力，可查阅英文技术文档。
