YOUR MISSION:
Assist the department in their daily activities. Perform some day-to-day administration and communication of VM / SDP related tasks.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Utilize the marketing system and established protocols to deliver consistent support services.
- Gather and analyze information to address routine procedural queries effectively.
- Identify and implement the most efficient methods to respond to functional inquiries, adhering to established procedures and precedents.
- Provide comprehensive operational support by executing a variety of routine tasks using existing systems and protocols.
- Offer detailed information and clarification on current procedures, processes, and precedents to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Manage personal workflow to meet quality and timeliness standards, utilizing performance management systems to enhance individual performance.
- Organize and prioritize work schedules, coordinating with support services and delegating short-term tasks as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Continuously develop and refine process or technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as through formal and informal training and coaching sessions.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in visual merchandising techniques and store design planning to support the overall mission of the department.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective visual merchandising strategies.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the role, ensuring that all actions and communications are aligned with the company's values and policies.
- Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education required.
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems necessary.
- Limited managerial experience preferred.
