We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow Kama Ayurveda’s digital presence. This role will focus on content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking across social platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, aesthetic, and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube etc.)
  • Develop and deliver a strong social media editorial calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and key seasonal/brand dates
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects Kama Ayurveda’s luxury and Ayurvedic heritage
  • Monitor social media trends and integrate relevant ideas into content strategy
  • Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely execution of posts
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 1 -2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury brands
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with premium/luxury brands
  • Basic knowledge of Ayurveda or interest in wellness is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
