Nous recherchons un CDD d'une durée d'un an.
Au sein de la DSI, et rapportant au Manager Applications Métiers, le Responsable d'Applications a pour principales missions :
- Le pilotage du déploiement de projets dans le cadre du programme digital de Seppic,
- La gestion du cycle de vie des solutions métiers sous sa responsabilité.
1/ Gestion du cycle de vie des applications et solutions digitales
Le Responsable Applications est garant du bon fonctionnement et du bon usage des outils et solutions digitales destinés à supporter les processus métiers. Il a notamment pour mission :
d’assurer le support aux utilisateurs métiers (formation, accompagnement du changement, animation de bonnes pratiques),
de traiter les incidents techniques et fonctionnels,
de gérer les accès et les rôles dans les outils,
de mener à bien l’implémentation d’évolutions ou d’actions d’amélioration continue,
de proposer des solutions visant à optimiser les processus métiers,
d’être acteur de la veille digitale (benchmark interne et externe, rencontre d’acteurs innovants).
Il communique et entretient des relations privilégiées avec les responsables des processus métiers et les différents acteurs des équipes de maintenance.
2/ Pilotage de projets
Le Responsable Applications est en charge de piloter les projets liés à son périmètre, aux côtés des métiers :
Étude de cadrage et définition de la charte projet,
Initialisation et planification (spécifications, budget, ressources, planning),
Exécution (configuration et développement du pilote et des interfaces, migration de données, tests et formation utilisateurs, déploiement, go-live).
Il veille à la bonne coordination des tâches entre acteurs Digital & IT, OT, et acteurs métiers, et privilégie des méthodes de gestion de projet innovantes (Agile) afin de garantir efficacité et succès des projets.

Savoir être :
- Votre curiosité, pédagogie, clarté , organisation et esprit de synthèse seront vos atouts pour cette mission.
Autre :
- Anglais opérationnel obligatoire,
- Déplacements (trimestriels ou plus) à prévoir en France.
