YOUR ROLE


The Project Manager contributes to the successful delivery assigned digital projects by managing workstreams under the responsibility of the Program Manager
The role is primarily focused on roadmap execution, delivery planning, governance, and production of project deliverables, ensuring that commitments are met in line with program objectives, timelines, and standards.
A structured onboarding on the pricing tool is planned in order to ensure full understanding and operational mastery of the pricing environment and related processes.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Roadmap & Planning

  • Contribute to the definition, maintenance, and execution of the program roadmap for assigned projects or workstreams.
  • Translate program-level objectives into detailed project plans, milestones, and delivery sequences.
  • Identify dependencies, critical paths, and capacity constraints, and propose mitigation actions.
  • Ensure alignment between project planning and overall program priorities.

Project Delivery & Control

  • Manage end-to-end execution of assigned projects in line with approved scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Monitor progress against plan and ensure delivery of agreed milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain project-level tracking of risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
  • Escalate deviations, risks, or arbitration needs to the Program Manager in a timely manner.


Governance & Reporting

  • Apply program governance, methodologies, tools, and reporting standards consistently.
  • Prepare and maintain project reporting (status, risks, dependencies, delivery indicators).
  • Contribute to the preparation of steering committees and management reviews.
  • Ensure traceability between roadmap commitments, delivered outputs, and reported progress.


Deliverables Management

  • Define, plan, and track project deliverables in alignment with program expectations.
  • Ensure timely production and validation of key project outputs with stakeholders (planning, specifications, test readiness, deployment readiness).
  • Coordinate validation of deliverables with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure formal handover of delivered outputs to run or support teams.


Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the operational coordination point for assigned projects.
  • Organize and facilitate project ceremonies, working sessions, and delivery checkpoints.
  • Ensure clear communication on scope, planning, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Support alignment across business, IT, and delivery teams.

Scope & Autonomy

  • Operates within the framework and priorities defined by the Program Manager.
  • Accountable for day-to-day project execution and delivery tracking.
  • Escalates strategic, budgetary, or cross-project decisions to the Program Manager.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • Experience in project planning
  • Ability to manage roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables in complex environments
  • Experience working within structured program governance frameworks.
  • Strong sense of ownership and delivery accountability.
  • Structured, methodical, and results-oriented approach.
  • Clear and factual communication, particularly on status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ability to work effectively under program-level direction
  • Commercial experience in shipping is a plus
