KILIAN is a fragrance brand created by Kilian Hennessy. When launching his brand, Kilian’s goal was to put perfumery back on its pedestal and return it to its former glory, the way perfumery existed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. While maintaining this sense of eternity, it was also very important for Kilian to add a contemporary twist. As the Kilian brand evolves and matures, the one aspect which remains consistent is that each and every product created embodies ultimate sophistication and timeless luxury.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the fragrance portfolio and support the execution of the brand innovation roadmap and 3-year strategic plan.
• Lead a team of project managers to deliver the innovation roadmap
• Conduct competitive deep-dive analysis with competitive brands and category reviews to inform business decisions
• Partner with internal teams including Packaging Development, R&D, Procurement, Legal, Planning, Creative and Go-to-Market teams to deliver successful launches.
• Generate original ideas for Product Concept Development Briefs
• Present analytics and insights on product and concept innovation to Brand Leadership in calendar meetings
• Develop cost objectives to ensure profitability

Qualifications

• 6-8 years’ relevant experience in Cosmetics/Beauty product development and global marketing
• Strong ability to innovation, creation and to think out of a frame
• Knowledge of global consumer trends and socio-cultural climates.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
