KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

I. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Construction of the boutique network in Europe

  • Participates in the renovation of a network of approximately 60 boutiques according to the latest concept.
  • Responsibility / leadership for the Feasibility, Development, Tender, and Construction phases.
  • Management of external teams (consultants and contractors).

Communication, reporting & coaching

  • Clear, concise, and rigorous reporting to management (quality, budget, planning, risks, and resolution management).
  • Transversal management. Collaboration with local SDP teams in the market and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, network development, legal, real estate, and procurement departments.
  • Participation in construction department meetings and seminars.

Vendor network

  • Develop long-term relationships with key vendors (architects, quantity surveyors, executing companies/contractors).
  • Develop management tools (tender documentation, construction site monitoring…).

II. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Sustainable development & maintenance

  • Be an ambassador for maintenance and sustainable development strategies and challenges.
  • Deploy the centrally defined Sustainability strategy (including LEED, monitoring, LCA, local sourcing, Re-Use).
  • Test & learn specific initiatives.
  • Anticipate maintenance in collaboration with local markets.

Quality & methodology

  • Continuous improvement of the construction department's working methods.
  • Test & learn international processes in the Europe region.

PROFILE

  • You are an Architect or an Engineer.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience or more.
  • You are fluent in English (French and Spanish are a plus.)
  • You are proficient in Autocad, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • You possess strong expertise in project management and have knowledge of the retail luxury sector.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership and influence.
  • You have a strong team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
  • You act as a Brand Ambassador and possess a service-oriented mindset.
  • You show initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and a multicultural approach.
  • You are creative, proactive, and able to propose solutions.
  • You are conscientious, organized, and highly rigorous.
  • You exercise discretion and maintain high integrity.

Fixed-term contract of 4 to 6 months.

Frequent travel in Europe.
