C&D Technician - General Labor
Like working outside and staying active? Not afraid to get dirty? We're looking for dependable team members to help maintain water and sewer systems that keep our communities running.
What You'll Do
• Perform general labor and maintenance work
• Help repair water, sewer, and drainage systems
• Dig, shovel dirt and gravel, and move materials
• Mow grass and maintain grounds
• Use tools and equipment safely
• Keep work areas and facilities clean
• Assist with emergency repairs when needed
What You Need
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50–80 pounds and perform physical work
• Willingness to learn, follow safety rules, and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working around water and wastewater environment
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be able to:
• Frequently lift and carry 50–80 pounds
• Load, unload, and move tools and equipment
• Walk, climb stairs, and climb ladders throughout the day
• Work in confined spaces when required
• Perform manual labor for extended periods
