Position: CCTV Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCTV Supervisor to join our team in Taipei. The CCTV Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems at our oil and gas projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the installation of CCTV systems at project sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications
- Supervise a team of technicians and ensure their work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with CCTV systems
- Monitor CCTV footage to identify and report any security or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate records of CCTV system installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Train and mentor new CCTV technicians on proper installation and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure CCTV systems are integrated seamlessly with other project systems
- Keep up-to-date with new CCTV technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades or improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, equipment, and technologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as needed
