Our company is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CCTV Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and operating a specialized camera truck used on utility and construction job sites. The ideal candidate will perform daily pre-trip inspections, keep the truck and camera equipment clean and in working order, and ensure all documentation and maintenance logs are current. You will also configure and operate camera systems, safely maneuver the truck on project sites, and monitor equipment performance to identify and report any issues. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety are essential in this position.
On job sites, you’ll collaborate with contractors and crew members, provide clear direction to laborers, ensure proper PPE is worn, and assist with equipment setup as needed. Responsibilities also include preparing maps, providing footage to contractors, completing work orders, and documenting daily activities, issues, and updates. This position requires someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and completes thorough daily reports before leaving each day. NASSCO certification or equivalent experience is required.
Our company is very busy with work and offers plenty of overtime (if desired).
