
CCSNH Rural Healthcare Transformation North West Central High School Career Coach & Navigator
General Summary: Under the RHT Regional Lead, the RHT High School Career Coach & Navigator supports the Rural Healthcare Transformation (RHT) grant by guiding high school students through healthcare career exploration, preparation, and transition planning into postsecondary education, training programs, and healthcare employment pathways. This role focuses on building early awareness, removing barriers, and ensuring students are connected to healthcare career pathways aligned with rural workforce needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services, education, social sciences, healthcare, public administration, or related field.
Experience Two(2) years of experience in career counseling, case management, workforce development, healthcare support services, or community-based human services. OR
Education Associate’s degree in human services, education, social sciences, healthcare, public administration, or related field.
Experience Four(4) years of experience in career counseling, case management, workforce development, healthcare support services, or community-based human services.
License/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License or access to statewide transportation.
