Job Description

• Monitor Operations: Track kiln and CVRM parameters continuously using SCADA and PLC systems.
• Optimize Burning: Control kiln temperature, fuel feed, and air flow to ensure high-quality clinker.
• Manage Grinding: Adjust CVRM feed rate, separator speed, and grinding pressure for optimal cement fineness.
• Ensure Safety: Respond instantly to system alarms, interlocks, and emergency process shutdowns.
• Maintain Efficiency: Maximize production output while minimizing thermal and electrical energy consumption.
• Troubleshoot Deviations: Identify and correct process variations, blockages, or equipment abnormalities remotely.
• Coordinate Teams: Direct field operators and maintenance crews to resolve physical equipment issues safely.
• Quality Control: Review lab test results regularly to adjust machine settings for product compliance.
• Log Data: Record hourly production metrics, fuel consumption, downtime reasons, and shift handovers.
