The Career Conversion Program (CCP) training period lasts for 15 months. Structured on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided and conducted at the participating companies to facilitate the application of learning and to ensure that individuals acquire necessary competencies to perform at their job.
MSAT Tech Transfer Group is respons ible for the technology transfer of the customer’s manufacturing process(es) into the Lonza Singapore production facility. The tech transfer support is responsible for supporting the lead project engineers for creation and management of documents (gap assessment, process documents, risk assessments, etc.) related to New Product Introduction (NPI). The tech transfer support also support the group for change control procedures to introduce new process requirements to the site. The tech transfer support’s responsibility also includes management and improvement of process document templates and support global MSAT project implementation to the site.
