The Assistant Day Camp Director is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the day camp program and running the program in the absence of the Day Camp Director. This includes scheduling, coaching and evaluating staff, assisting in the logistics of program operations, helping handle parent concerns, and assisting with camper development. Responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and evaluating camp program areas and serving as a liaison between staff and the Day Camp Director. A willingness to comply with YMCA driving rules to be approved to operate YMCA vehicles is required.
