Job Description

Essential Job Duties:

  • Responsible for hardware assembly and software programming of physical security and network devices such as cameras, NVRs, access points, switches, etc.
  • Responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to develop and deploy customer specific software configurations
  • Responsible for coordinating and maintaining daily production requirements
  • Responsible for performing new order assessment and determining requirements for order completion including networking requirements, First Article process and associated testing
  • Responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Responsible for reporting and documentation requirements
  • Responsible for performing special projects and other miscellaneous duties as requested by management
  • Provides support for all CCC Team Leads as necessary

Reporting Relationships:

  • Receives supervision from CCC management
  • Daily contact with coworkers, sales, technical support, product manufacturers, customer support, & customers, in person and by phone

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Technical degree or equivalent work experience required.

A+, Network+, or other technical cert is a plus but not required

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change
  • Must possess good number aptitude and reconciliation skills
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate
  • Must be technically oriented and possess a good working knowledge of IP network setup, Microsoft software usage and deployment

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds infrequently
  • Must be able to understand basic English
  • Sitting at a computer terminal for extended periods of time
  • Job also requires some overtime hours, including weekends
  • An essential function for this position, based on business necessity, is that the employee must be physically in attendance at his/her workstation at the designated company office location during the normal business hours designated for the position
