Report to the Leasing Manager and to handle all daily leasing & tenancy administration work
1. Report to the Leasing Manager and handle daily leasing activities including new lettings, renewal, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administration work
2. To prepare vacancy list, leasing proposals, offer to lease, licence agreement, Tenancy Agreement and other related documentation
3. To negotiate with existing tenants for renewal
4. To prepare regular reports, managing files, coordinating premises takeover and handover, fitting-out, renovation management and handling complaints
5. To liaise with direct clients and real estate agents for inspection and to handle and follow up with enquiries
