Job Description

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

TytoCare Inc. offers specialized devices to help patients do basic diagnosis or medical exams in the comfort of their homes. The agents' tasks:

  • They will be doing live demos when needed by a specific client (insurance company) tied up with Tytocare. The customers are the end- users of the insurance company.
  • The demo will have to do with the gadget or tool plus the platform

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  • Attendance
  • Campaign Specific KPIs - TBD

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

  • Technical skills because they will have to learn the use for the Medical Device
  • Good Communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Medical field background preferably nurses. Not necessarily licensed.
  • Telegenic since they will do live demos to customers
