Job Description

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

NURSE/OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST- Tagging and Assessment

  • Agent will watch videos of patients with dementia and Alzheimer using the client's platform (Discover) and tag or validate if the patient indeed falls or not
  • Agent is expected to watch as many videos as possible. Video is around 1 minute.
  • One task that's only for Nurse/Occupational Therapist is Assessment. They will watch videos as well and assess the severity of the fall. The time when it happened and the arrival of the assistance
  • He/ She will also recommend possible injury caused by the fall and write a narrative of the event.

COMPETENCIES NEEDED

REGISTERED NURSE:

  • Normal WPM
  • Ability to understand many protocols
  • Careful in data entry
  • Discreet. Doesn't divulge pertinent information to others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

NURSE/OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

  • Well versed in medical terms
  • Very keen to details
  • Can create a narrative report based on his/her findings after watching the videos
