We are looking for a talented Senior C/C++ Developer to take part in the development of Check Point’s embedded appliances platform, with its huge install base within large and small customers around the world.

The teams develop in C, C++, in Linux environments and User Mode focusing on highly efficient and robust code with an already huge install base and enormous market.

Job Description

• Work on a product with cross-organization integration requirements.
• Work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype and assess technical feasibility.
• You will focus on highly efficient and robust code to an already huge amount of satisfied customers around the world.
• You will design and develop infrastructure modules, debug complex bugs in complex scenarios, communicate with other development teams, QA and customers in order to deliver the best security solutions.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems, customers and code.
• Write highly efficient C and C++ code for Linux.
• Proficient at quickly delving into and understanding new code.
• Work in an environment that encourages growth and development of both technical and soft skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of C/C++ programming experience
• Linux development experience
• Prior knowledge in Networking
• Strong coding and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated to research new skills and technologies
• Fast autonomous learning, position requires developing in many components
• Understanding of modern AI-assisted development tools and using agents to improve day-to-day work
• Have a cheerful, positive attitude
• Team player
