Job Description

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage LCD glass substrate finishing  processes to ensure consistent performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot material, process, and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions as needed”
  • Lead improvement projects to enhance yield, uptime, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and monitor process capability (e.g., CPK).
  • Provide weekend and shift coverage as required.
  • Trains operators on new equipment and processes
  • Implements and documents material, process and/or equipment changes.
  • Assure quality and repeatability of processes and products
  • Supports new product introductions through equipment installation, process certification, documentation and training

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field; proficiency in mechanical design and precision machinery is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of work experience.

Required Skills

  • Mechanical engineering fundamentals and precision machinery operating principles
  • Problem solving skill on process troubleshooting
  • Understand process control concept, and capable on process data analysis
  • Report & presentation skill
  • English communication Skill
