As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Whether your expertise is in Finance, Talent, Procurement, Risk Management, Brand, Marketing & Communications, Business Development, Technology, or another enabling function, you will play an important role in helping EY achieve its purpose of building a better working world

As a CBS Tax Assistant Director, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, contribute to strategic initiatives, and make a meaningful impact on our business and the people we serve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C or equivalent is a plus).
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in taxation, including managerial or supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience in tax compliance and tax audit handling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with the capacity to manage and develop a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting or tax software.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
