We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBS Coach - Lean Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Lodi Vecchio, Italy. In this role, you will lead and coach our manufacturing teams in implementing lean principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.

  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies aligned with our Continental Business System (CBS) principles
  • Coach and train cross-functional teams on lean methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Lead process improvement projects to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and enhance overall operational performance
  • Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Facilitate kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities to drive cultural change and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with department managers to implement best practices and standardize processes across the organization
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to track the success of lean initiatives and report on progress to senior leadership
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and empower employees to contribute ideas for process enhancements
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in lean manufacturing to ensure the organization remains competitive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing, with a proven track record of successful process improvement projects
  • In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and training teams on lean principles and tools
  • Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring others
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in change management techniques and the ability to drive cultural transformation
