主要工作职责
· 项目管理等工作，包括但不限于更新数据，药物配制，起草实验方案和报告以及其他相关工作；
· 配合实验小组建立小鼠和大鼠肿瘤模型及进行药效实验；
· 了解实验动物操作，包括但不限于小鼠的肿瘤接种操作，体重的测量，各种不同的给药方式，实验期间的实验动物的观察，在特定时间点的样品的收集等；
· 整理历史实验资料；
· 在项目运行中，向相关负责人汇报项目进展情况；
· 部门领导安排的其他工作。
教育背景及经验
· 硕士学位，药理、医学、生物学等相关专业，或有丰富经验的本科（具备3年以上相关方向工作经验）；
· 熟悉动物实验，具有丰富动物实验、动物手术及解剖经验者优先；
技能要求
· 具有项目管理，实验统筹安排，协调能力；
· 良好的中英文书写能力，能够查找并阅读文献；
· 责任心强，工作态度严谨，有组织能力，良好的理解力和人际交往能力，有团队合作精神；
· 能熟练应用Office软件。熟悉其他数理统计软件进行数理统计分析；
· 持有实验动物上岗证者优先考虑。
