主要工作职责
· 掌握细胞培养相关的SOP，能够进行细胞的复苏、培养和冻存；
· 负责实时记录实验记录，保持实验室及工作区域干净整洁；
· 能够进行总结工作、汇报工作进展，
· 能够及时反馈实验过程中出现的问题，在团队指导下解决问题；
· 严格遵守实验室安全管理规程，负责区域内仪器设备进行日常的维护；
· 负责按需采购用于日常细胞培养相关的试剂耗材；
· 能够完成上级主管安排的其他工作事项。
教育背景及经验
· 细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物技术及临床医学等相关专业大专或本科学历；
· 熟悉细胞传代，冻存复苏，细胞计数等细胞培养常规技术，有基本的无菌操作经验。
· 1年及以上细胞培养工作经验者优先;
技能要求
· 能够掌握细胞培养相关的SOP，能够进行肿瘤、正常细胞的复苏、培养和冻存；
· 能够熟练且准确使用不同刻度移液器，助吸器等；
· 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
· 熟练使用EXCEL, WORD 等办公软件
