Job Description

We are looking for a Technician Room Technician to support the daily operations and ensure that workplace facilities and equipment are properly prepared and functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up rooms and facilities for meetings, training sessions, and other activities.
• Ensure equipment and supporting facilities are properly installed and ready for use.
• Provide technical and operational assistance during meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Perform basic troubleshooting when technical or equipment-related issues occur.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Support room arrangements and setups based on operational requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for technical issues requiring further assistance.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of equipment after use.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/Diploma (D3), preferably from a technical or related background.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, IT, or audio-visual equipment is preferred.
• Comfortable providing hands-on technical and operational support.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Service-oriented, responsible, and responsive.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and provide support based on operational needs.
