Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compensation & Benefits Management
- Oversee and manage all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities for Human Resources – Property Management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and Vietnamese labor regulations.
- Review, control, and approve payroll calculations, ensuring correctness, compliance, and on-time payment.
- Oversee exit procedures, including final payments and related statutory compliance.
Payroll, Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Responsible for payroll calculation and statutory deductions.
- Manage Personal Income Tax (PIT) matters, including PIT code registration for employees and dependents, monthly and annual PIT declarations for local and expatriate employees, and reporting to the Tax Department.
- Handle health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance, and trade union matters for the HCM office.
- Ensure full compliance during audits, inspections, and internal/external compliance checks related to C&B.
Insurance & Employee Welfare
- Manage annual health check programs for employees.
- Oversee the renewal and administration of employee-related insurances, including health insurance and company property insurance.
HR Administration & Data Management
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in preparing new and renewal labor contracts.
- Oversee HR filing and documentation, including employee profiles and employee movement records, to maintain data integrity and audit readiness.
- Prepare and submit required monthly C&B and HR-related reports.
People Management, Mentoring & Capability Building
- Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to C&B Executives.
- Mentor and train team members to strengthen technical knowledge in payroll, tax, labor law, and C&B best practices.
- Identify capability gaps and implement structured on-the-job training, knowledge sharing, and upskilling initiatives to improve team efficiency and sustainability.
- Build a strong backup structure within the team to reduce key-person dependency and ensure continuity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- At least 4–6 years of experience in C&B or similar roles, with minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, insurance, PIT, and related regulations.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of governmental regulations.
- Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills (both English & Vietnamese).
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
