The C&B Intern will assist the HR Service Delivery team in providing accurate and timely administrative support for compensation and benefits processes. This role focuses on data accuracy, compliance, and coordination with internal teams and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Administration
Support monthly payroll preparation by collecting and updating employee information.
Prepare payroll-related documents, obtain approvals, and support salary payment processing.
Support administration of SHUI and related documentation.
2. Employee Records & HR Documentation
3. Vendor, Payment & Administrative Support
4. Compliance & Operational Coordination
