Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with employees to collect required documents and ensure timely completion of personnel records.
• Coordinate employment contract and contract amendment signing processes.
• Guide employees on document submission and contract-related requirements.
• Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
• Review and update employee information related to PIT, Social Insurance (SI/UI), and payroll records.
• Communicate regularly with employees and stakeholders to collect, verify, and record HR data.

Requirements

• Third-year or final year that can work fulltime in 6 months.
• Understanding of Labor Law and Social Insurance is a plus.
• Basic English level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills, good communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to meet strict deadlines.
