Organizing, maintaining, and managing employee personnel files.
Preparing and reviewing documentation for internal audits, external inspections, and compliance reviews.
Entering and updating employee information in the HR system.
Gain hands-on experience while supporting Compensation & Benefits processes, including payroll, employee benefits, social insurance, personal income tax (PIT), and employee lifecycle administration
Assisting with general administrative tasks related to Compensation & Benefits.
Requirement
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or other related disciplines.
Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in Compensation & Benefits (Payroll & HR Operations).
Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling employee data.
Willing to learn, proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
