The HR Controlling & Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for providing data-driven insights that support strategic HR decision-making and organizational performance. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of HR data, delivers meaningful workforce analytics and reporting, and drives the development, implementation, and optimization of global compensation and benefits programs. By combining HR controlling, market benchmarking, and HR process improvement, the position helps the organization attract, retain, and reward talent while supporting business objectives and maintaining effective HR systems and practices.

We are currently looking for an HR Controlling & Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract as a maternity leave replacement.

Main Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefit:

• Evaluates and modifies existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures on global scale, designs a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
• Coordinates and facilitates the budget planning process in close collaboration with the Finance Department.
• Develops and implements new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
• Creates and analyzes job descriptions evaluations and classifications
• Conducts salary and labor market research to define benchmarks – cooperates with vendors and acts as point of contact for all related topics
• Leads the development, implementation, and optimization of relevant HRIS systems and processes

HR Controlling:

• Creates and runs the strategic HR reports and comments the most important trends
• Conduct various analysis of data, report findings, implement actions and monitor progress
• Analyzes and tracks global KPI’s – creates various reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Cooperates with specialists from other departments as HR data are connected with the data from the rest of the organization
• Designs trainings for HR Administrators/HRBP’s regarding rules for the data entry and data maintenance in Human Resource
• Provides support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics

Your profile:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related studies
• 5+ years of related experience with focus on HR Controlling and/or Compensation & Benefits area
• Proven experience in data analysis and visualization
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of BI Tools (Power BI, Power Querry)
• Fluency in English
• Experience in a production company is an advantage
• High service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Strong solution-based attitude as well as a quality awareness
• Good communication and presentation skills
