Job Description

Audubon is currently seeking a Cathodic Protection Foreman to join our team. The Cathodic Protection (CP) Foreman oversees field crews performing installation, maintenance, and repair of cathodic protection systems for pipelines, tanks, and other buried or submerged structures. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The Foreman acts as the on site leader, coordinating labor, equipment, materials, and client communication.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company and Customer safety standards and procedures
  • Direct daily activities of CP construction crews
  • Communicate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
  • Strong understanding of cathodic protection principles and construction methods
  • Ability to maintain and operate heavy equipment associated with cathodic protection in installations
  • Provide on the job training for cathodic protection installation techniques
  • Manage, schedule and coordinate assign cathodic protection projects
  • Installation of deep/shallow ground beds, linear, test stations etc.
  • Plan daily work sequences, equipment needs, and material usage.
  • Complete daily reports, timesheets, and material usage logs
  • Document installation details, measurements, and as built information.
  • Assist with hands on installation tasks when required.
  • Works safely and completes all company and client safety daily paperwork
  • Assures all direct reports on project work safely and complete all company and client safety daily paperwork
  • Must adhere to company and client policies and procedures in their entirety
  • Takes an active role in assisting Business Development to identify growth within the assigned client
  • Other duties as assigned by management

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in the Cathodic Protection Industry
  • Have a Class A Commercial Driver License
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to manage the daily activities of 5 employees at any given time
  • Strong understanding of CP systems, drawings, and installation methods
  • Customer communication skills required
  • Able to continually define ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer and market relationships
  • Eligible to work in the U.S., without sponsorship
  • Knowledge of all applicable computer and reporting software
  • Able to travel 80%
