Registered Nurse: Cardiac Cath Lab (Full Time, Day Shift)
Location: Abilene, TX
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
Relocation Bonus: $5,000 (for candidates 200+ miles away)
Shift: Pre-Op 0530-1600 / Recovery 1030-2100
Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience)

RGH Global is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team in Abilene, TX. You'll play an integral role in managing goal-directed, patient-centered care during the Pre-Op and Recovery phases of cardiac procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preoperative and postoperative care for cardiac patients in both the Pre-Op and Recovery settings.
• Utilize the nursing process and primary nursing principles to ensure safe, effective care for patients.
• Provide education to patients and their families on procedure details, expectations, and recovery.
• Monitor and assess patients throughout their pre-op and recovery stages, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient charts and documentation.
• Follow safety and hospital guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD)
• Required Licenses/Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• CPR-BLS
• ACLS (must be completed within 12 months of hire)
• Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong clinical competence in cardiac or critical care nursing.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
