About the Role:

We are seeking expressions of interest for Catering/Kitchen Attendants

Huon Regional Care is seeking Catering/Kitchen Attendants to provide support and care to improve health outcomes for our clients living in the Huon Valley.

In this role, you will be employed on a Permanent Part Time or Casual basis at our Franklin and Dover facilities.

As a Catering/Kitchen Attendant – your duties may include;

  • Undertaking kitchen and catering services for resident's in accordance with their needs and preferences.
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping, general hygiene, and infection control procedures across all areas.
  • Assisting with preparation, serving and dishwashing duties
  • You will need to have:

· A customer focused approach to your work

· A current First Aid certificate

· Demonstrated time-management skills

· Current Working with Vulnerable Person

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
