Soulman’s has been serving Texas’ best bar-b-que since 1974 using timeless BBQ techniques and old family recipes.

Soulman’s is passionate about Texas-style bar-b-que and dedicated to providing excellent customer service while treating our team members like family.Our catering team members are energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented. They facilitate pick up, delivery, and full-service catering orders. They help with every aspect of catering, including food preparation, delivery, and breakdown. A flexible schedule and the can-do attitude of our catering team is what keeps Soulman’s catering calendar full of repeat clients (not to mention the delicious Texas bar-b-que!)

Essential Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have valid Texas driver’s license; at least 5 years of driving history preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and learn procedures and techniques
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to work standing for extended periods of time, including bending, walking, climb stairs, etc.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends
• Ability to work with continuous use of hands and arms
• Willing to adhere to all uniform and safety standards
• Willing to honor the health and wellness of all team members and customers by upholding Soulman’s Smoke-Free Workplace Policy.

Responsibilities

• Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed in proper uniform
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
• Load, transport, and deliver orders to clients in a safe, timely manner
• Provide exceptional service to each customer
• Be familiar with catering menu items
• Abide by all local and state health guidelines

• Basic food service knowledge and POS experience is helpful

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
