Job Description

Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, high-volume catering environment? We're seeking a Catering Team Leader to provide hands-on leadership, oversee daily kitchen operations, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and support Catering Assistants, Cooks and Kitchen Hands during daily service.
• Prepare and serve high-quality meals across multiple daily meal services.
• Ensure dietary requirements are accurately managed and safely delivered.
• Maintain food safety, HACCP compliance and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock control, kitchen organisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a high-volume catering or hospitality environment.
• Has previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrates strong food safety knowledge and attention to detail.
• Is organised, reliable, positive and enjoys working as part of a team.
