
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, fine dining restaurant group known for its elevated guest experience, design-forward spaces, and strong local following. As the brand expands across multiple markets, they are seeking a Catering Sales Manager to build and lead their catering and private events division from the ground up, based in Kentucky or Florida.
This is a unique opportunity for a sales-driven leader to create, scale, and own a high-impact revenue stream across multiple locations, with a clear path for growth as the company continues to expand.
What You’ll Do
Build and grow the catering and private events business across multiple restaurant locations
Proactively generate new business through outbound sales, networking, and relationship development
Establish and manage partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and local organizations
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract execution and handoff to operations
Develop catering packages, pricing strategies, and sales materials aligned with brand standards
Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to design high-end, experience-driven events
Support the launch of new markets, including an upcoming expansion into Louisville
Track performance, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities for continued growth
What We’re Looking For
3–7+ years of experience in catering sales, event sales, or private dining sales
Proven success in outbound sales and revenue generation (not just inbound inquiries)
Experience selling high-end events ($20K+ preferred)
Strong network within corporate, social, or event planning communities
Background in restaurant, boutique hotel, or lifestyle hospitality environments
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems, processes, and pipelines from scratch
Polished communicator with strong presence and relationship-building skills
