Job Objective

Essential Job Tasks

Areas of Responsibility

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities for catering, banquets, weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present customized catering proposals and event packages to clients.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase hotel facilities and services.
• Coordinate effectively with culinary, banqueting, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, catering sales, banquet sales, or hotel sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and effectively manage multiple accounts.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
