Catering Sales Coordinator

Montgomery Café & Catering - RSA Activity Center

Full Time | $18 per hour | Schedule Flexibility for Events Required

We are seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator to join our team and help us expand our outreach and build lasting relationships with our clients. In this role, you will support our leadership team by coordinating all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient event execution.

At Montgomery Cafe & Catering, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences through our exceptional catering services at the RSA Activity Center. Our venue hosts all types of events, from small luncheons and meetings to weddings and large corporate events.

Key Components of the role will include:

• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all event details, special requests, and expectations are communicated accurately
• Assisting with menu planning, event logistics, staffing assignments, and service timelines
• Resolving client concerns and service challenges professionally and efficiently
• Collaborating with culinary, operations, and service teams to ensure successful event execution
