Cook/Catering Operative: Newcastle Airport Lounge

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting hot and cold dishes for our self‑service buffet

• Keeping the kitchen running smoothly, safely, and hygienically

• Ensuring food quality and presentation meet Aspire’s high standards

• Supporting the Back of House team with daily tasks

• Maintaining temperature and safety records

• Helping create a welcoming, polished experience for every guest

This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and pride in your work make a real difference.

Qualifications

What we're looking for?

• Experience in a high‑volume or regeneration kitchen

• A genuine interest in food and hospitality

• Someone who enjoys working independently as well as part of a team

• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude

• Willingness to follow processes and maintain high standards
