Aramark Ireland is currently recruiting for a Catering & Hospitality Manager to lead and oversee all catering and hospitality services within a busy client site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership, financial management, and operational skills to join a dynamic and customer-focused team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead all catering and hospitality services, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all catering and hospitality requirements.
• Develop creative catering solutions and tailored hospitality packages to meet client needs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and performance manage catering team members.
• Develop staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels to support daily operations.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
• Manage catering budgets and deliver agreed financial targets.Monitor labour costs, food costs, stock control, and wastage.
• Produce regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and operational KPIs.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food handling practices throughout all catering facilities.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments.Support end-of-month financial processes, including account reconciliation, invoice validation, purchase order tracking, accruals information, and financial reporting.
• Work closely with the Unit General Manager and Finance team to ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly accounts.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Catering Manager, Hospitality Manager, Food Service Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong people management and employee engagement skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, labour costs, and overall financial performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
