We are looking for a Catering Lead who loves helping people orchestrate unforgettable group dining experiences. From crafting custom menus to coordinating logistics, you are the captain of the catering ship. California Hourly Range: Starts at $20.00 (Plus Tips/Benefits Earn $1 - $4 extra per hour in TIPS!) Monday through Friday Schedule with Weekends Off! Depending on Experience & Location, other states may vary.

What We Want- An Enthusiastic Catering Lead

• Answering phones and taking orders with thorough knowledge of our menu
• Assisting customers with suggestions and ideas for catering orders
• Coordinating with managers/team members to ensure quality and accuracy of orders
• Packaging orders in an attractive and appealing manner
• Ensuring orders are delivered in a timely manner
• Being an ambassador and providing exceptional service
• Marketing our product and growing the catering department
• Developing the catering department to its full potential
• Assisting other team members whenever possible

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 35 pounds
• Great communication and people skills
• Possess basic math and accounting skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
