About The Role
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales & Events Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive catering and event sales within the corporate and social markets through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic sales efforts. The successful candidate will secure and execute exceptional events while upholding Four Seasons’ renowned service standards and maximizing revenue and profitability.
What You'll Do
Proactively generate and secure catering and event business through prospecting, client inquiries, and relationship-building to achieve sales and revenue goals.
Conduct site tours, planning meetings, tastings, and client presentations for corporate events, social gatherings, and weddings.
Collaborate with Sales, Catering, and Operations teams to optimize event space utilization and ensure seamless event execution.
Manage all aspects of confirmed events, including contracts, event details, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), client communication, billing accuracy, and revenue-enhancing upsell opportunities.
Oversee on-site event execution to ensure exceptional guest experiences, client satisfaction, and adherence to Four Seasons service standards.
What You Bring
3-5 years previous catering sales experience, primarily in the corporate market
Luxury hotel or fine dining offsite catering experience preferred
Exceptional selling, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced client driven environment
High level of attention to detail
What To Expect
Work a flexible schedule that includes irregular hours, weekends and evenings. Extended shifts may be needed.
Work in an autonomous, fast-paced, high standard environment that will require quick and effective problem solving.
