Work collaboratively to ensure all functions operate smoothly and the F&B, Culinary and AV team are updated on each function happening at our venues
Conduct site inspections for potential clients
Preparing function and wedding documentation
Management of the selling and planning process of guest and wedding events from start to finish
Communication of event details to all relevant departments
Respond to sales enquiries via email, phone and other platforms along with follow up
Provide a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and cooperation within the department and other departments
Job Requirements:
Experience working in hotel / event company is preferred
Bachelor's Degree or above
Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Full conversant with MS Office applications
Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
