Join Concord Hospitality and be the driving force behind unforgettable events! As a Catering & Event Sales Manager, you’ll grow hotel business through sales, marketing, and event planning while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Drive business with proactive and reactive sales efforts
Provide excellent customer service with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
Plan and organize events efficiently, from pricing to execution
Represent the hotel professionally at industry events
Collaborate with 3rd party booking sites, revenue management, and convention centers
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales goals
Track all sales activities in Delphi or similar systems
Experience & Requirements:
2–3 years in catering, event sales, or hospitality management
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Delphi experience preferred (or similar event/catering software)
Knowledge of F&B operations and event logistics is a plus
