The Peninsula Bangkok is seeking a dedicated Catering & Event Coordinator to join our renowned team. In this pivotal role, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the Catering and Event team, helping to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to the Catering team.
• Handle and respond to sales inquiries, including small event coordination and client site inspections.
• Coordinate events and logistics with various hotel departments, including internal functions and festive celebrations.
• Create and manage essential sales documents like Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and maintain the Opera system.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring all event details are met and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in market research and reporting, including competitor analysis and preparing regular reports.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales or administrative support role, ideally within a hotel, hospitality, or catering environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
