Job Category: Restaurant, Food and BeverageThe RiverCentre in downtown St. Paul is hiring immediately for a Catering Attendant.
The Catering Attendant ensures food and beverage safety, quality and consistency while providing excellent guest service during events.

Job Responsibilities
Ensures proper set up and break down of all necessary equipment for an event.
Collects and transports food from the kitchen to serving stations and event rooms.
Performs basic food and beverage preparation such as brewing coffee, tossing salads, and popping popcorn.
Busses tables and completes event clean up.
Loads and unloads trucks for offsite catering events.

QualificationsJob Requirements
Some related experience or training in a high-volume, high energy, upscale food and beverage environment preferred.
Ability to stand and walk throughout a shift, and lift and carry 40 pounds.
