Job Description

Our catering assistant/Driver provides top -notch customer service to our community customers at our busy location. Position delivers food, supplies and other products to local businesses and for Tiger events using the Tiger Catering vehicle as part of our catering program. Position is full or part-time

The Catering Assistant/Driver is responsible for packing up and delivering catering orders in a timely manner. The position will check to make sure the entire order is present and ready for delivery and will perform various cleaning duties inside and outside the faculties to maintain cleanliness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers, keeping them coming back again and again.
• Perform various cleaning duties inside and outside the facilities to maintain cleanliness
• Pack up catering orders and deliver to customers.
• Check food and ingredients for freshness.
• Work well under pressure and within the time limit.

Qualifications & Experience

Positive attitude

Basic math skills

Ability to work independently at times and as an upbeat team member

Ability to be on feet much of the day; physically able to do the job

Background Check and Drug Screen required

Willingness to assist customers with propane refills

Experience: Past work in a busy kitchen.

Stamina: Stand and walk for long periods of time.

Teamwork: Work well with other kitchen staff during busy hours.
