About the Role (Catering Assistant)

We are seeking Catering Assistants for a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) role based in Cabramurra, NSW.

Roster: 7 days on / 7 days off

Shift Length: 11.5-hour shifts

Start Date: May 2026

In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with daily bistro and bar operations while helping maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service. Duties will include food preparation, meal service, kitchen hand tasks, cleaning, and supporting front-of-house operations.

To Be Considered you must have/willing to get:

• Proven experience in bistro style service environments (preferable but not essential)
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and Food Safety Training certification (Essential)Prior experience in kitchen or food service environments
• Ability to work effectively in a small team, supporting both kitchen and front-of-house service
• Proficient in kitchen hand duties including food preparation and cleaning
• Experience serving point of sales, cash handling and EFTPOS
• Bar experience, must hold a NSW RSA
• Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
• Ability to multitask and work independently within a small team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
