As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. About the team

We are the strategy team for Fashion, responsible in managing OKRs within the Fashion category, analyze and initiate projects to drive growth in the Fashion category.

The intern will actively contribute to operational optimization within the Fashion category, including monitoring AM OKRs. They will apply systematic approaches and quantitative analysis to solve complex challenges in the e-commerce ecosystem and improve category efficiency especially in terms of AM OKR execution. Throughout the program, the intern will gain hands-on experience in executing end-to-end e-commerce strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities in a dynamic market, and developing a strategic perspective

Responsibilities:

- Continuously monitor and analyze core category metrics, including AM OKRs, using quantitative and statistical methods to identify trends, operational gaps, and growth opportunities within the e-commerce ecosystem.

- Conduct quantitative evaluations of seller performance and category dynamics to support differentiated supply-side strategies and category optimization initiatives.

- Synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights for regular business reviews, while performing rigorous attribution analysis to support data-driven management decision-making.

- Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties
